I have a 45 years old sister who has progressive MS. She just lies in bed. She needs hope. I try my best to give her this. She is married with 2 children. Her husband does absolutely nothing for her.

He does not allow the children to help her. She has a 12 hour aide. She needs 24 hours. She cannot do anything for herself. I have a disability & trying my best to give her comfort. There is so much more. Please, I just need help.
