I have been diagnosed with osteoaritithis approx. 10 yrs. ago. I have progressed to having to use a walker. The only surgery I have had is a spaced (x-spot) in my 4/5 lumbar region. I have fallen arches so bad I have to wear braces on both feet.

My knees give me more pain and now my right hip hurts so bad, prevents me from sleeping about 1/3 of the night. The only medication I am taking for it is hydrocodone. It does not seem to do anything for information and severe pain. Do you have any suggestions???
