Why do I continue to get UTI's or Bacterial Infections? Aslo, why am I feeling like I am lost in my own skin and not have motivation to do anything?

In about 3 weeks I have been overly stressed, exhausted, tired all the time and not wanting or feeling like doing anything. I have had my hormones checked and my they are off some due to the perimenopause that I am going thru right now. Also, I have been getting a lot of UTI's and Bacterial infections more than ususal.
