Does anyone know anything about low DHEA, high Gf1, high CH50, very high ANA?

I am desparate. I have been unable to function for two years. Maybe lupus, maybe CREST, maybe Lyme, thyroid, severe stomach issues, maybe pituitary, maybe ms.....but nothing that has helped me feel any better. Too lengthy to explain it all...
