I have a lump or a bump on my left breast located at the inner bottom close to my chest.

I noticed it a few months ago, and thought nothing of it, because it just appeared to be there all of a sudden. I figured it would just go away, but it is still there. Also, it just isn't in the place that I usually hear about or see in literature. Could this just be a cyst, and would it be here for more than 6 months if it was a cyst?
