I recently was told by my doctor that the popping in the knees could be a form of osteoporosis. I'm in my 50s and I’ve noticed that I'm starting to hear it often when I bend or stretch my legs. I want to prevent it from becoming bone on bone. I had been trying to find a full-time job for several years, but this situation might hinder that prospect. I had 7 sessions of physical therapy for my legs; however, I would like your opinion what you suggest doing at home in terms of supplements and exercises?
