What is causing my abdomen and stomach to bloat everyday?

My stomach/abdomen is bloated everyday. I look as if I were three months pregnant and I am 48 years old. There is no pain. I have had a pelvic ultrasound and all is normal. I am healthy, not overweight and exercise everyday.
