My Jingtastic reserve is still running a little low today. When I don’t feel like smiling, it’s usually the time I need to smile the most. Here’s a smile, to myself! A smile is contagious. You never know what magic it may bring…
Energy Level: So-so. The vertigo is still making me a little dizzy today.
Exercise: Gonna take a self-healing Qi Gong class with Dr. Mao at Tao of Wellness tonight. Looking forward to it.
Stress: Haven’t had a chance to study for my quizzes tomorrow. Stress alert orange. Really need to watch my stress level and restructure my mind and my day to reduce stress.
Self-love: “Rivers know this: There is no hurry. We shall get there,” says Winnie-the-Pooh. I shall try to be gentle with myself and patient with the process.
