can you tell if your hand is free from ejac?

well, can he? he said that he would know if he's clean already. most of the time he fingers me before he jacks off. but there are times that after jacking off in the cr, he would like finger me again but not directly after jacking off.maybe 10 or more minutes after. i am worried about being pregnant from fingering.
