Mood: Feeling Optimistic
Today came across a quote that touched me sweetly. It says, "Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about dancing in the rain."
Isn't it beautiful? It reminds me to stay present and enjoy what I'm doing, not just waiting for it to pass so I can cross it off my to-do-list and move on to the next.
Relaxation: I felt a little stressed and agitated after lunch. So I decided to take a few deep breaths to reenergize my body and spirit.
I inhaled deeply, allowing fresh air to fill up my belly, then my lungs, chest and upper chest. Then I exhaled, expelling the old, stagnated energy from my upper chest, then my lungs and belly. After just a few cycles of breaths, I felt completely refreshed.
Breathing is such a powerful tool for lifting our energy and mood! Thank you!!
