On the other hand, when you suffer from insomnia and have a hard time falling asleep, or have a restless night filled with disturbing dreams, you wake up feeling tried, groggy, and have a hard time facing the day.
Insomnia runs in my family. My mother and several of my aunts have suffered from severe insomnia all their lives, and they can’t go anywhere without their sleeping pills. It’s painful, even to watch.
