I quit birth control about 2 months ago. I had my period July 4th through the 8th. I believe I could be pregnant looking at when I ovulated and had unprotected sex. However, I'm getting a mix of PMS and what I believe are normal pregnancy symptoms. I've been getting nauseous here and there throughout the day with major swings of being hungry and not. I'd make food because I thought I was hungry and then get sick at the smell of food. So I thought I was pregnant. I have gotten naseous while PMSing before though but the food is new. However, I am having major signs of my normal PMS symptoms. I have the usual zits, cramps, bloating and a backache. The backache is new for this month, but I have gotten those during PMS before. Since I'm newly of the birth control, I'm not sure what my "normal" cycle would be. I took a pregnancy test but it turned out negative. Is it still a possibilty that I am pregnant or is there something else that could be causing this? Is it coming off my birth control that is worsening my PMS symptoms? Before birth control, my pms symptoms were never this horrible. Did I take my test too early?
