Me and my husband are trying to get pregnant. Because I use to have endometriosis I had to change my diet a bit. I am not allowed to have any dairy whatsoever. Red meat I can once a week, and I have to limit my salt intake and no sugar/chocolate either. And I am to eat whole wheat foods as much as possible which I am.
I’m just wondering, since I cannot have any type of dairy, what other sources of foods can I get my calcium from?
I just recently got off the pill at the end of June because we want to start trying. I was on the pill before because I just had surgery for endometriosis and when we were ready to try I was told to just get off the pill. I was told as soon as your period ends and then counting 15 days there on are good days/weeks to try. We have been trying to do it every other day. I know I am to take prenatal vitamins, so that I have go covered. But, I was wondering what are other some good tips to try to get pregnant?
