Hello :) I Have been on Evra the birth control patch now for about 2 years. I recently messed up my cycle because I forgot to change my patch do I just left it on for the rest of the week. The next week I just put a new one on (every Sunday). I did end up getting a light period for about 4 days and my periods are never light they are always very heavy. That Friday I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend which he never came in me, but the pre cum scares me and because I did mess my cycle I went and got plan b. which I took about 12 hours later. So by the end of that week I decided I was going to get my period. I took the patch off Sunday night but then decided I probably would get it so I put a new one on the Monday night.. It's been 10 days since the unprotected sex and I'm bleeding again. Not too heavy. I also did go to the doctor who gave me a urine pregnancy test today which I felt was too soon to tell. He said this is because of all the hormones in my body and stuff. I am supposed to go for a blood pregnancy test as well. When would be a good time to go for that? Whyam I bleeding again 10 days after? Please help I am so stressed :(
