Tonight in the shower I noticed a small black hair growing out of the actual nipple. Now I have never had that before but I have had a few hairs around the nipple. I did an exam and felt no abnormal lumps or bumps and there is no discharge. I can't afford a doctor right now. I have absolutely no money. I am getting ready to start my period so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. It is also not coming out of the dead center but it is on the actual nipple. It's barely noticeable. I am worried. I just had a breast exam at my doctor about 3 months ago and everything was fine. Should I be concerned?
