I call them 'episodes'. About twice a year, every year, since I was 12..I've been getting these pains located underneath my left boob towards my sternum. Its as if someone is squeezing in there and won't let go, it's sharp, its dull, it hurts so much i have tears and sweating. I'm not usually dizzy at this time but once it surpasses I am disoriented, shaking, pale, and feel very unstable, but the only relief is I can breathe normally again. Everytime these 'episodes' happen the duration gets longer, and the pain gets worse. I have had a very healthy diet, and not sure where it even came from. I also have found out through my stress test, that my resting rate is normal at around 80, but once i start moving or thus running, it jumps like this '100, 89, 120, 99, 133, 110, 140,' and so on until i saw it reach 166 and then they turned they running machine off. I'm wondering if it's related or not. They claimed that I have a normal, healthy heart for a 20 year old, but somethings just don't add up. They have ruled out anxiety attacks and so on. And the thing is, I'm not always walking or running, I could be just sitting there or right out of my sleep and this sort of thing happens. The one when I was sleeping, I rose out of sleep with my heart pounding and that squeezing sensation, and the whole room was literally spinning, and i was getting really dizzy. Please If you have something that you can point me to, to suggest to the doctor as to what to really look for.... Thank you so much. I know that was a lot but all the doctors look at me with puzzling looks...
