Stiff neck, on and off low grade fever, back pain, headache...?

I've been having these consistent symptoms for about 3 weeks now and have no idea what's wrong!
-stiff neck (moveable but feels almost dull/pressure and heavy)
-on and off low grade fever (99.3-99.8)
-back pain on both sides
-EXTREME fatigue
-dull/pressure headache
-worsened vision
-decreased concentration
Any ideas? PLEASE HELP!
