I was diagnosed with PID recently & havesince started the antibiotics & was just wondering after finshing all of the medicine does it go away or will I have it forever? I hhave been tested for all Std's & they came back negative, Does my partner need to do anything? I've been with the same partner for several years, so we don't use a condom, does that mean my chances of PID returning are greater?
