I have had consistent neck pain for the past 2 years on the right side of neck and feel that it could be rotated. How do I get it diagnosed?

I've been to 2 different chiropractors and they have tried to get it to stay in alignment and not "sticking" out. How can I get this problem corrected? How can I get a curve back in my neck?
