I would like to ask about the reason behind having frequent pain in the breast

I'm 21 years old . I frequently feel a sort of pain in my breast from the sides . This pain doesn't come in my period time only . I have saggy boobs , so I really don't know how to be able to examine myself if everything is okay and why I'm effected to this pain . Thank you.
