I wasn't going normal for a week or 2... i wouldn't go for 12-16 hours at a time. So eventually I just decided that there was no point in drinking the recommended amount so I drank about 16 fluid ounces a day for a few days. But this weekend I went back to drinking normally when ever I wanted. I always kind of had this thing where I think water makes me gain weight but this is not the case here. I also ran about half a mile today so I'm not sure if this is even something to worry about. Going to the emergency room is not an option for me I don't want to tell my parents what's going on. I really don't think it's a big deal but it's better to be safe than sorry, when I was younger I had the complete opposite I was always told I had a weak bladder so I don't know.
