I began a sudden onset of chronic infections in 2008 leading to surgeries, etc., I have not been well, lots of health issues all of them seemingly unrelated but I was diagnosed with breast cancer during the same time period. In the 2009 mastectomy pathology report it stated Epithelial Hyperplasia with background Parenchymal stromal Angiomatosis indicative of an endogenous and or exogenous hormone effect. With Giant Foreign Body Cell Reaction. Please is there a pathologist around to explain this finding. I have been systemically unwell, I wonder if the pathology means I had bacillary Angiomatosis , which is a kind of serious case of cat scratch fever or some kind of genetic issue. My family has been through so much with all of my health issues and I desperately need to figure out what doctor I should see that can help put this together, so many issues, non of it understood.. Lyme disease, spinal cysts, bone erosion, lost of subcutaneous fat, bone pain, it all started with infections, one after another, if there is anyone that understands what epithelial hyperplasia and background mammary parenchymal stromal Angiomatosis indicative of an endogenous and/or exogenous hormone effect and the addition of giant foreign body cell reactions,, please, please let me know.
