Yes, I am 53 yrs old , I understand about that horrible belly fat on the outside and the one deep down, But does no one else feel that there's a lot more that's happened?

I actually feel that my whole body, yes belly/abdomen included, but my entire body is just thicker.....
Anyone else feel that?
I eat healthy for the most part, I am an avid Dr. Oz follower, And know that I make good choices for the most part,,,
I'm just disgusted!!!!!!!
