Recently, I noticed that left nipple was aching. I attributed this to coldness at home and in the office. One day, I noticed that my left nipple was hurtung much more than the right one. Again, chalked up to coldness in my office and at home. It seemed that it was relieve in the shower so I definitely thought I was cold. Yesterday, I couldn't take it anymore, noticed it was warm in my house, and that the right nipple wasn't in pain at all. I looked ay my left nipple and saw what I thought was hair from my head on my nipple...possibly, it was cuttinf me? It was thick and coarse like my hair so I reached to grab it. In doing this, I found that it was a hair over one inch and had a visible follicle attached. Initially the pluck hurt but immediately I felt relief. Today its slightly sore but not much at all.
Ideas?
