I was tired by the end of each and every day and I had no reason for it. I was retired (early) and golfing every day and enjoying life. But around 4-5pm every day I would be listeless. A friend referred me to an amazing woman who is a Naturopath. She took hair folicles and had them tested and found a number of issues with my smaller intenstines but the major outcome was; I am super sensitive to sugar. So she had me read a book called "Potatoes versus Prozac" as quickly as possible from front to back. An amazing book about food we eat and the contents within the foods we eat.
I have always felt very high energy or very low energy because and it was because I ingested so much sugar into my body. Once I was able to gradually reduce my sugar intake into hardly any sugar at all, my energy levels were boosted. I was more alert and less anxious. It has made an amazing difference in my life. I still have ice cream once in a while or a piece of cake or pie, but very rarely as I have changed my mindset and know what it will do to my body and me.
