Implantation bleeding or early period?

6 days before my period was due I had light brown discharge, but only when I wiped. And now 3 days later I am having light cramping and having light reddish spottin, still 3 days before my period is due. and I have pretty regular periods every 27 days I get i my period. So for this to happen it is confusing me
