The Nutrition Journal recently published a study that found this to be true in overweight adults who added 1/2 an avocado to their lunch! Great motivation to add some avocados to your diet which are rich in unsaturated fats and contain the highest amount of protein of any fruit.

What you need:
1 avocado (sliced)
1/2 cup pineapple (sliced)
2 to 3 leaves dinosaur kale
1-inch slice fresh ginger
1/4 cup banana (sliced)
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon flax seeds
3 mint leaves
Directions
Combine ingredients in blender
Blend for 1 minute, add more water for desired thickness
