Why is that my breast became so small (almost flat chested) after I had hysterectomy due to adhesion (placenta previa) when i gave birth to my 3rd child. Can I take something (a pill maybe) to make it look fuller like before?

I had hysterectomy after cs when I gave birth to my 3rd child because of having placenta adhesion to my uterus and excessive bleeding. My ovaries and tubes are left. However, I observed that my breast became small, almost flat chested. It's not like this when I gave birth to my 2 child. Indeed, it became larger. Now, it makes me feel insecure and not happy with my body. My bras doesn't fit to me now, very loose. I want to know if I can take a pill like what I searched, kavira pill that seems effective to some to make my breast larger and fuller. I want to gain size and confidence when I dress. so as to please my husband. Please help me. .
