What is the prognosis or CRPS, Complex Regional Pain Syndrom

I have been diagnosed nearly tow years ago, I am quickly having difficulty at work, keeping up my home and raising Labradors. I am told there is no cure at this point, I am a fighter so thought I would check you out and inspire me.
