I work retail and am always on my feet, but when I got home yesterday from work and relaxed for about an hour, I noticed a slight pain in my left foot. On the left side of my left foot whenever I tried to walk on it. As the night went on, the pain got worse until I was unable to put any pressure on it without extreme pain. This morning, the pain has gotten worse. I can't even put my foot down without almost breaking into tears from the pain. I have no idea what happened. I didn't hit my foot or twist it, that I remember. If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
