Well, a week ago, on Thursday, I had sex for the very first time. He wore a condom, and ejaculated outside. He checked the condom, said it was fine. Now, I'm a very panicky person, and I knew I would get pretty nervous waiting for my period, more so because I'm very irregular. Funnily enough, two days later, I got my period; first three days were as usual, very, very heavy for me (lasted 5 days). My question is, am I on the clear? Or should I wait for my next period to know I am definitely not at risk? A week later, this Thursday, I visited my doctor, told her briefly about my problems and she performed an ultrasound to check for cysts. In the end, she told me to be on birth control, but I didn't get the chance to tell her how worried I was. I just want to stop stressing over this so much.
