is it possible for a girl to get pregnant after taking postinor 2 immediately after having unprotected sex.

She is suppose to start her menses within the week from Monday but it delayed till Wednesday, we had unprotected sex on Thursday and she took postinor 2 tablets just within one hour after the intercose. Will she be pregnant?
