Low back pain and my periods!!!!

Hi
I had unprotected sex on Saturday 19th and took an emergency pill the next day which is 72hrs!
I have been having my period since yesterday but before it start I have been having low back pain! Is there any chance of pregnancy??
My periods are not as I use to get I am having it in very small amount! Is their anything to be scared of??? Or its just because I eat a lot of spicy food and chili???
