I don't know what it is, it smells putred. It feels like a hair in the area has been pulled out and when I feel there to see what it is the area is very moist. There is a small conclavity in that area near my tailbone, about 1.5-2 inches above my anus. It appears to happen when I have been sitting for a time in a hard chair with little cushion to it. I am otherwise very healthy for my age, somewhat high blood pressure, normal aches and pains but no serious health issues. I no some animals have a scent gland in this area and have thought it might be somekind of strange genetic throw back of some kind. I made the mistake of trying to clean the area with some sanitary hand cleaner that has alcohol in it and it burned real bad untill I rubbed in some body and hand lotion. Its been going on for a long time and other than smelling very bad there are no other problems associated with this secretion. I've been looking to find out what this could be, if you have any idea let me know
