I was just diagnosed with trich through my regular Pap test & called back for recheck. Had not had any symptoms. My husband of more than 34 yrs says he has not cheated and I know for a fact I haven't. Is that possible??

I have had cancer for past 2 years and he said the nurse at the clinic he went to get treated told him that I could have developed it because of weakened immune system. That doesn't even make sense to me. I just want as many facts as possible to back me up when I confront him.
