What is the usual medication and treatment protocal for a thyroid cancer patient, when she is trying to get pregnant after treatment?

What can a thyroid cancer patient do to help while trying to get pregnant and during her pregnancy? This is assuming that the patient has already had their Thyroidectomy and RAI treatment and have waited 6 months to a year to get pregnant. Can you recommend any specific resources that would be useful?
