Inhibin B is my marker. It was elevated in Aug. 2009, when I was initially diagnosed. BSO and debulking surgery with cervix removal was performed, with all results being negative when analyzed. I also completed a series of 6 chemo sessions of pacli- taxel/carboplatin by 4/30/2010. My inhibin results slowly started to increase beginning 7/2013, with results being 20.1, 22.9, 41.9, 52.3, 53.5 and 93.5 respectively . In July 2015 I went to the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and was seen by Barbara Goff, Gyn/Onc and was prescribed Glucophage 500 mg BID and Letrozole 2.5mg daily and my inhibin B dropped to 41.9 , 20.5 and 24.6(4/2016) respectively. I was diagnosed, at Sylvester Cancer Ctr in Miami, where I have received my tx, with recurrent GCT(4/2016). Does this mean that I have relapsed? I will f/u with Dr Goff, in Seattle, WA, in July 2016.
