Is it implantation bleeding or a light period?

I started bleeding very lightly 3 days ago, it was pinky brown but it wasn't all the time. I'd bleed a little (only when I wiped) then next time I'd go there would be nothing and it's happened for 3 days. I normally have really heavy and painful periods but I didn't get cramps or a heavy flow? I'm a bit worried?
