I'm 48. Haven't had normal periods since I was in my 20's due to a pituitary tumor (now removed).
Haven't had a period for over 8 years. All of a sudden, 11 days of bleeding. Heavy, and not to be gross, but a lot of tissue, which I never had before. Tender breasts. Moody. Just like a period. Know for a fact I'm not pregnant or anything. Been abstinent for awhile. I know I need to go to the doctor, but I take care of my elderly mom with Parkinson's/Dementia and it's hard to get away. Any info someone could throw out? I know I have to get into the doctor.
