Late period, then only a 2 day 'period'

i was 15 days late was nauseous, VERY sore breast, cramping for the 15 days, multiple negative tests, then i started my period just for 2 days, it was pretty light (i usually have a moderate 4-5 day). now i'm feeling nauseous again, and the cramping is coming back. has anyone had anything like this, if so what happened?
