I am 20 years old, almost 21 and I still wet the bed about 4 times a week. I have been prescribed prescription drugs, wetting alarms, over-the-counter medicine, and visited a urinary doctor. Nothing is physically wrong with my parts and all of the medicine stops working after a couple of weeks. I tried to change my diet, stop drinking 2 hours before bed, waking up every 4 hours, nothing works I still end up wetting. I'm out of ideas on what to do, I am highly embarrassed; I'm almost 21 and still wet the bed.
Any suggestions on how to get my bed wetting under control?
