Breakthrough bleeding midcycle, no withdrawal

Hi,
I'm on Azurette as an ocp. I have been on it for 3 mo, and seem to get bleeding around days 14- 21, but do not get a bleed during the placebo pills. Should I be concerned? Does the breakthrough bleeding mean I'm more likely to get pregnant?
