Home > Hello Im 59 will be 60 in April. I have not had a period for 3 and half years. The last month have been extra tired. Yesterday I was crampy. Went to bathroom and I had blood.Light pink color.It has stopped but still bloated and crampy. Any ideas? Thankks

When I had my periods they were always heavy with clots. Even when I was on the pill.My cramps were awful. I would spend hours just rocking.
