I am a 25 female-
I have hypothyroidism that has been very stable and well managed for 7 years!
I had a gastric sleeve done in august of 2012(so no reason for weight gain)
Heres the dilemma;
I got pregnant in july had a miscarriage- thay same night had unprotected intercourse( same way i got pregnant with my 7 year old)
Almost immediatley i began feeling different..bloated gassy sick tired- had 1 positive test 5 days before my next missed period. Then all negative tests..i have had very light spotting after i have intercourse. Here we are about 6.5 months from my last period- i weighed 193 august 4 2016
I now weigh 214 as of jan 13 17- im eating healthier ..eating weird weird stuff thay ibe neber cared for in my life ..im 3 cup sizes bigger in my bra and im so veiny! I had severe anemia 8.6 hemoglobin level..and it miraciously cured itself (or so my doctor said) and it was cured by october 2016. Ive had negative urine tests and blood tests for pregnancy since 14 weeks. My doctor says im crazy everything is all in my head says its impossible that this same thing happend with my daughters pregnancy..had 1 positive test ay home and the rest negative. He refuses to order another ultrasound- one was ordered and preformed the technician told me the specific instructions were NOT TO LOOK FOR BABY- no cysts were found on my ovaries..nothing seen ..this was done at what i assume to be 18 weeks. Now im noticeably round in the belly hard i have a brown line from my breasts to an inch under my belly button. And i swear i can feel fetal movement . my MIL saw something shoot across my stomach ..was brought up to my doctor and we were fiven no answeres except "if it were babIES we would know" he wouldnt let me see the ultrasound. And can provide no answeres ..i intuitivly feel like i am pregnant.im lactose intolerant brought on by my daughters pregnancy-and for 3 weeks in september all i craved and was able to eat was vanilla ice cream and cheese and i had no digestive upset at all!!! (weird weird weird). I have had multiple dreams about little boy and girl twins. My animals are exceptionally clingy and my whole family says they can sense a pregnancy-my mother inlaw said she had a dream we had boy girl twins way before we even told her we had a positive test. My doctor's office totally disregards the positive test i told them i had saying im a liar ..my thyroid levels are great infact i just had my first dose decrease in 7 years(he blames having too much tsh for the weight gain) i was also taken off my iron suppelements.(he blames the bigger belly on having a sufficent amount of blood now) I still have nausea my nipples leak ocassionally..im terrified to go to any other doctor because this one has made me feel so absolutley crazy that i stay up and cry for hours a night!
Last time i had an appointment 1/13
which hes seeing me monthly for some reason he said everything looks great. He said he wanted to test for cushings but the medication he gave me to take before the blood work causes birth defects the pharmicist told me..so im very apprehensive of taking it. I do not have the physical symptoms of the syndrome. I have all pregnancy symptoms but he feels hes investigated pregnancy enough..im also gaining between half a 1 pound a week..increasing my activity eating better i shouldnt be gaining weight. I have been outgrowing my clothes for the last 4 months. I cant go to another doctor without a referral and he wont give it says theres no reason for it..hes never even put a doppler to my belly but he listens a lot with a stethescope at every appointment ..when i ask him why he stays quite or redirects the conversation..if im not oregnant theres something wrong..abd so ar there has been nothing bad found ..please any advice would greatly help because i feel like im losing my mind
