is there is chance to get pregnant with precm on fertile window period with ovulation even after taking ipill within 48 hours?

i got periods on 18 January 2017. My periods lasted for 6 days and my menstrual cycle is between 26 to 28 days. Me and boy friend had intercourse without inserting or ejaculation on 27 th jan night and 29 th morning . He didnt inserted penis nor ejaculated into my vagina, but his precm came into contact with my vaginal area. I took an ipill on within 4 hours of intercourse on 29 th. Is there any chance for me to get pregnant? Will ipill be effective for me?
