Can I take duphaston and follic acid at the same time?

Hi Doctor! I have premenstrual syndrome. My period started on the 6th of January to the 9th of January and I have 28 days cycle. I was asked to take folic acid during ovulation (5-15), duphaston on the 16-28. Now my period started today been the 3rd of February.
