Can I get pregnant from showering after my boyfriend came on my chest?

My boyfriend came on my chest, and we wiped it all off with tissues. About 15 minutes later, I took a shower. I put soap all over my chest, then I let the water run down. I was wondering if there could be any sperm left behind that could run down with the water into my vagina?
