Is it possible knowing your pregnant 2 days after having sex??

I'm 45 years old and I had unprotected sex 10 days after my period. Two days later I started cramping real bad then the next day I started spotting and having pain on my lower back! Now it's my 4 day and feel tired bloated but ok! Is it possible I can be pregnant? Please help!
