Hi. I asked a question yesterday actually, and I got a wonderful response from Susan who reassured me that I was okay. Basically I've been on Trinessa Lo combination birth control for almost a year now with what I believed to be perfect use. I've taken it every single day with no missed pills at 4:00 PM sharp. In march, daylight savings began, as well as my new pack. I'm a Sunday start, so Sunday I took my first active pill at 4, and then the clocks went forward an hour at 2:00 AM Monday. My phone that has my alarm automatically adjusted to the switch, and I've been following that alarm. Problem is, 4:00 is technically 3:00 meaning 20/21 pills have been taken at 3:00 .. if that makes any sense. I haven't had any breakthrough bleeding to indicate that the hormones weren't distributing properly, so I thought all was well. For the past year, my period has always came on Wednesday morning of my inactive pills (the 4th inactive). It's almost 1:00 in the afternoon and still no period. I'm having cramps, and thick discharge, but no blood. In addition to my pill, I'd like to mention that I use condoms as well. My boyfriend and I will occasionally fool around without a condom for a few minutes but never once has he finished inside of me or had to pull out. 99% of the time I use two methods. I took a pregnancy test an hour ago, and it came up negative right away. I'm very confused and scared. :(
