Ive read different things, on says emergency contraceptive (one-step pills) delay ovulation while others say it completely prevents ovulation.
Also, I understand the pill is not proactive, but if I had sex (lets say Saturday) and took the pill within 72 hours and then had protected sex after the pill but before withdrawal bleeding (thursday), would anything from the 2nd time also be flushed? The condom didn't break the second time but I'm just curious. I got withdrawal bleeding a week after I took the pill, 2 weeks early for a normal period (bleeding started on day 17 of my cycle) it was brown discharge mixed with red for a week.
